SHIPPING
Domestic orders will be sent out using a third party or via a service Post network . Goods ordered before 3pm will be shipped same day, if orders are placed online past 3pm they will be shipped the following day. For all orders placed past 3pm on Friday or over the weekend/public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
For domestic parcels, Parcel Post typically takes 2-4 business days within the same state and 3-6 business days interstate.
Express Post aims for next business day delivery within the network and is delivered as fast as possible elsewhere.
Domestic Delivery:
Parcel Post: 2-4 business days within the same state, 3-6 business days interstate.
Express Post: Next business day within the network, otherwise as fast as possible.
International Delivery:
Courier: 2-3 business days.
Express: 3-6 business days.
Standard: 5-10 business days.
Economy: 15+ business days by Air, 2-3 months by Sea Mail.
Important Considerations:
Public Holidays:
No deliveries occur on public holidays.
Delivery Hours:
Parcel Post domestic deliveries are typically made between 7 am and 5 pm local time, according to Circuit Package Tracker.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order does not arrive within a
reasonable time please contact us by phone or email, for larger items, sent with Direct Freight, if the person is not home to receive the goods or the person does not specify a safe place to leave order (at their own risk) then they will be charged a redelivery fee which is equal to the original amount paid.
