PRICING

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10 percent.

Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from prices available elsewhere.
All international orders will not incur GST so this amount will be deducted from your order purchase price on checkout. Further duties, taxes or charges levied on the package on arrival in your country, or any other fees or charges you may incur in relation to a foreign transaction, are your responsibility. If you require further information about your country’s taxes 

ORDERING

Orders can be submitted via the online store, by phone on 02 9699 7740 or via email.  Simply email shop@collectorstore.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will Endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

Collector Store reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors, omissions or inaccuracies in relation to price, product availability, or product descriptions.

The Acceptance of all orders is subject to Collector Store confirming availability and or price for products ordered. If your order is rejected for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

Collector Store only accepts your offer/purchase and will conclude the contract of sale for the product(s) ordered by you, when we despatch the product(s) and send an email confirming that the product(s) have been despatched to your nominated shipping address. 

Collector Store may cancel your order (including orders accepted by Collector Store) without any liability to you if any of the products in your order are unavailable, or there were any errors in price or product description on the Website at the time of placing your order, or due to technical errors in processing your order. If we cancel your order for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards . Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.


AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS

We endeavour to keep product listings up to date, but occasionally an item listed may be unavailable due to unforeseen demand or other special circumstances. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a refund or a suitable alternative, or to discuss placing the item on back-order.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Domestic orders will be sent out using Shippit via a service Post network . Goods ordered before 3pm will be shipped same day, if orders are placed online past 3pm they will be shipped the following day, for all orders placed past 3pm on Friday or over the weekend/public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-5 business days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

RETURNS

Returns Policy :

Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

We recommend that you use an insured registered post as we are not liable for any lost returned items.

To return via our retail stores: Visit us in store within 7 days of receiving your order and our friendly staff will assist you with an exchange or credit note.

ON SALE items : Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

To return via post

Please contact us at +61 2 9699 7740 returns@collectorstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order providing your order number and brief explanation of your return/exchange. We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#).

All items are to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your RA#. Items received after the 14-day time frame will be assessed at our discretion. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
If you need to return an item and cannot use our Australia Post returns service, for security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post as we are not liable for any lost returned items.

I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once your returns package has been accepted, you will either receive your new item (for exchange). A confirmation email will be sent out to confirm your refund/exchange. For any questions regarding the return/exchange process, please email us at  +61 2 9699 7740 returns@collectorstore.com.au

PRIVACY

We do not receive your credit card details for payments made through PayPal. We will not disclose or use for any secondary purpose personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address.

INDEMNITY

Collector Store is in no way liable for any damages whatsoever nor any special indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use of data or profits, whether in an action in contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with access to this Site or the information contained in it. Collector Store does not warrant nor gaurantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error free.
